MarksMen Mission
Our mission is to positively impact the development of the youth in our community by providing soccer, mentoring and life-enriching opportunities to young players of all ages, ethnicity, financial backgrounds and playing abilities. DMV MarksMen will create a lifelong passion for the sport and continue to raise the level of soccer in Prince Georges County, our state and our nation. We strive to play an active role in the leadership, development and personal growth of youth through service, partnerships and programs. DMV MarksMen's ultimate goal is to encourage, inspire and empower each player to be able to reach the highest level possible within the game and more importantly in life.
Donate to Syke Rangers Football Foundation
Kingtom is a community in western Freetown, Sierra Leone, where many families face challenges such as poverty, limited access to basic services, and inadequate housing. Despite these difficulties, the community is known for its resilience and strong sense of support for one another.
Football is the most popular sport among local youth and serves as a positive outlet for recreation, teamwork, and personal development. While access to proper facilities and equipment is limited, young people continue to play wherever space is available, using the sport as a source of hope, unity, and opportunity.
MarksMen Coaches
DMV MarksMen prides itself on constructing a coaching staff who is not only qualified to coach your children on the field, but also in the game of life. A majority of our MarksMen coaches, including our Club Presidents, have extensive childcare backgrounds within Prince George's County and D.C. Parks and Recreation. All MarksMen coaches focus on building self-confidence within each of their players, as well as keeping open communication with parents on their child's developmental progress or needs.
MarksMen Needs
DMV MarksMen is actively looking for corporate or private sponsors who share our passion to assist forever changing the way our children in Prince George's County learn the game of soccer. With field costs, travel costs and equipment fee's soaring DMV MarksMen Soccer is always looking for donations to help support our rapidly growing numbers and coaching staff.
